Equal Pay Report Comment Extension
The U.S. Department of Labor issued a 60-day extension on the public comment deadline for its proposed Equal Pay Report. The comment period, which was originally scheduled to end November 6, 2014, was extended to January 5, 2015. The proposed rule on employee compensation would allow OFCCP to collect federal contractors’ summary employee pay and demographic data using existing government reporting frameworks.
