General Description | This position is responsible for assisting the Head Women’s Soccer Coach in the oversight and administration of the Northeast women’s soccer program from August – May. The assistant will assist with practices, game-day coaching and operations, team travel, recruitment of student-athletes, demonstrating strong character, leadership, engagement and complying with ICCAC, NJCAA and institutional regulations. |
Qualifications: Education | Associate’s degree required. |
Qualification:Experience | Coaching/playing experience at the high school or college level is strongly preferred. |
Qualification:Skills | The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding work ethic and a strong knowledge of the game of the soccer. |
