Regional Land Analyst Summary:
Responsible for financial and market analysis and investigating various components of due diligence analysis for preparation of “Green Folder” (board approval package to acquire land).
Physical Requirments:
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift, walk, move and/or carry equipment in excess of 20 pounds. Must have finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard and calculator.

The *median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $101,080 annual, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geographic location, and operational considerations.
