Assistant Manager of Human Resources
Franklin Township Public Schools, a diverse, suburban K-12 district that actively

excellence is seeking a dynamic individual to assist in overseeing all functions of the Human
Resources Department. The Assistant Manager of Human Resources shall collaborate in operating an
effective and efficient 5 member service-oriented HR department. Department responsibilities
include but are not limited to managing recruitment, onboarding, benefits, Leaves
of Absences, HRIS Systems management, Absence management system,
Workers Compensation, Teacher Certification, preparation of Board personnel
report and participation in negotiations.
