Ryan Kosowsky serves as the managing director of talent acquisition at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where he is committed to recruiting top-notch talent that will help further the company’s purpose of championing clients’ goals with passion and integrity. He also leads “Forward March: Taking the Next Step with Schwab,” the company’s commitment to attract and retain military talent. These efforts have contributed to multiple awards for Schwab, including being named one of Profiles in Diversity's “25 Most Influential Companies for Veteran Hiring,” a Military Times “Best for Vets Employer,” a GI Jobs “Top 100 Military Friendly Employer,” and others.
Kosowsky joined Schwab in 2012 from the U.S. Army, having served 13 years on active duty, primarily in senior human resource roles including the command of a U.S. Army recruiting company. He is a veteran of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and New Dawn, and he continues to serve today in the National Guard.
Kosowsky earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from American University in Washington, D.C., and his master’s degree from American Military University in international relations and conflict resolution.
