Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team of inspired individuals' intent on delivering excellence to further TRC's vision and impact. TRC is seeking a full-time Training Coordinator profession in the Lowell, MA office location. The Training Coordinator is responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and delivering courses. The Training Coordinator evaluates the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. The Training Coordinator is responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.

 

  • Consult with HR Business Partners, managers and supervisors to assess training needs and appropriate delivery methods to ensure programs are engaging, impactful and cost effective.

  • Develop, implement and deliver training programs for varying levels of individuals utilizing digital learning tools and platforms (e.g. Skillsoft)

  • Create assessment tools to measure learning, knowledge retention, and performance.

  • Document procedures for the company.

  • Develop and maintain continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.

  • Continually evaluate training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.

  • Manage and maintain required compliance and safety training curriculum

  • Work with operations, HR and external consultants and suppliers as required to achieve robust training and development platform for a diverse and growing organization.

  • Deliver training via digital and in-person settings

     

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or other field related to L&D

  • 5+ years of training content development and delivery experience, particularly in geographically distributed environment.

  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively interface with personnel at all levels.

  • Results-oriented, with the ability to complete assignments on time and manage multiple priorities concurrently.

  • Strong attention to detail while being able to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives and implement resolutions.

  • Experience with development and delivery of digital learning and working with platforms such as Skillsoft, CultureAmp

  • Experience working with Adobe Captivate, Lector and Camtasia

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
