Milepost is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support new and existing customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Milepost Customer Success Specialists are licensed property & casualty insurance agents that specialize in inbound sales of commercial auto insurance policies and provide excellent customer service to existing Milepost customers. This position will use analytical skills to review information from an applicant to evaluate the degree of risk involved in a business or operation to determine if the applicant should be approved for a policy. The Customer Success Specialist then uses our technology and data to determine the coverages to provide and the premium to be charged for the risk. Our professionals utilize strong communication and customer service skills by asking questions and making decisions over the phone and via e-mail with potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Ability to communicate persuasively

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve quantitative goals

  • Knowledge of basic math

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions

  • Property & casualty insurance license a plus

  • Prior sales experience a plus
