Title: Account Manager - Light Industrial
Location: Los Angeles, CA (must live within 15 mile radius)
Job Summary:
Ingersoll Rand's Compression Technologies & Services Division is hiring for a Light Industrial Account Manager to join their team. This role will be based out of our City of Industry, CA Customer Center and will have responsibility for managing a territory covering Los Angeles area. While traveling within this specific geographic region, you will be responsible for driving the Customer Center light industrial equipment sales and service activity. This includes quoting, strategizing, prospecting, and developing relationships to achieve revenue targets, maximize profits, increase market share and maintain customer loyalty while achieving organizational goals. The position is a unique blend of supporting a major distributor and selling direct to customers.

The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is $85,000 - $198,500. The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Ingersoll Rand, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
