Pay Range: $41,251 - 51,152 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM's Data Integrity Specialist, you're responsible for product creation and enrichment through data entry, management of internal partners and vendors data process and consistent evaluation to ensure superior customer and operational experience. This specialist will also contribute to data enhancements, collecting and communicating data issue management, and is the voice of expertise for assigned categories and vendors during data governance enhancement efforts

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Monitor Researches data issues to determine root cause and directs resolution to relevant internal or external partners
  • Manage Lead the onboarding of new products to NFM in a timely manner, working closely with vendors and internal partners to solve exceptions quickly
  • Plan Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate Acts as a liaison with coordinating teams, including but not limited to merch planning and inventory, product information management, ecommerce and vendor partners, to ensure robust, correct data is making internal-company processes faster

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related field or equivalent experience
  • 1 year buying or planning coordinator or administrative and/or inventory analysis experience
  • Retail buying, planning, merchandising, ecommerce or supply chain experience preferred
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Master Data Management system experience preferred
  • Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Extremely detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills
  • Demonstrate the organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-pace environment
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Solution-driven problem solver
  • Collaboratively work with cross functional teams and own team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical partners
  • Ability to execute to timelines and provide timely solutions
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
