Customer Experience Program Manager - Surface Product Team

Job Description
OverviewWe are looking to hire a Customer Experience Program Manager to join our team. The Surface team creates hardware that delivers the best of Microsoft experiences. This team works across Experiences & Devices to define the product vision and deliver exceptional products - and relies on customer engagement systems to work quickly and efficiently. We are looking for a Customer Experience Program Manager to join the Surface Product Team to help enable these efficiencies and execute our external commitments, working closely with Customers, Product Leads, and the Chief of Staff.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will bring a variety of perspectives to ourexternal engagement plans, our internal and external product disclosures, product and experience storytelling, as well as the rhythms for product-making and cross company engagement. They will engage with stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to tackle complex cross-group challenges with clearly identified outcomes. Critical objectives for this role include but are not limited to: Collaborate with Chief of Staff to identify Surface Team priorities to then own tactical execution With support, coordinates with stakeholders and tracks improvement plans relative to our customer listening and engagement programs Aggregates input from across teams and customers to improve our products and listening systems Facilitate external analyst engagements and product disclosures, working closely with Product Leads, Surface Leadership Team, and Marketing Leadership Team. Contribute to product story telling in various forums, including supportive program managing of several large-scale launch events throughout the year, where we showcase the best of Microsoft on Surface Devices.
