Job Description

The Human Resources Generalist will have comprehensive experience in all facets of human resources management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.

This role reports to the Division HR Manager.

* Recruitment: full cycle recruitment of salaried roles including job postings, resume screening, interviewing and extending job offers.

* Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns. Address employee relations issues effectively and confidently, promoting a positive workplace culture.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with leaders to implement relevant training initiatives.

Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to leaders and team members on performance related matters.

HR Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. Work with leaders on engagement actions and monitor progress.

HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
  • 4+ years experience working in the human resources field.
  • SHRM or PHR designation is a plus.
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft software and/or SAP Success Factors
