As a Principal Product Manager, you will be driving key initiatives around Customer's experiences while managing their Azure workload resiliency and optimization by following Microsoft's Well architected framework guidelines. ResponsibilitiesAs a Principal Product Manager on our team you will have a direct and clear impact on our products and customers. In this role, you will work closely with talented Engineering and Data Science teams, collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across Azure, and have the opportunity to design, deliver, and iterate on new tools, applications, and Azure features. Our work has high visibility with the Azure leadership team and ample opportunities to share our successes and receive support and guidance from them. The scope of responsibilities includes: Creating product/feature specifications with visual and written designs Partnering with our engineering teams in all phases of development as a subject matter expert on feature design and user experience that focuses on privacy compliance and excellenceProviding hands-on program management during various phases of our projects, including day-to-day contributions as part of agile development practicesMeasuring the success of the product through relevant metrics and KPIs Developing product roadmaps and strategy Listening to customers (internal and external) to understand their scenarios and challenges Engaging with partner teams across Azure and Microsoft to drive alignment on dependenciesTo succeed in this role, you should: Have conviction about engineering customer delight and productivity Thrive in ambiguity, then create what is needed to execute at scaleto deliver results Drive impactful change through metrics and data setup precedence by your documentation skills to drive the overall strategy or short term product experiments Inspire teams across divisions to work together towards common goals Have technical acumen and customer obsession to articulate product solutions and experience based on CX and tech feasibility OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
