The Client Services Supervisor will responsible for supervising those providing customer service support to agents and insureds. This includes supervising, training and coaching a staff on billing processes and procedures, basic usage of retail software products, and other customer service processes related to National Indemnity Company primary and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Company property and casualty operations.
This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE, and can be hybrid after the 12 week training period on site. This position is NOT eligible for employer visa sponsorship.
