Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1 year of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
• Experience using manual and automated production equipment, and various hydraulic, and pneumatic tools.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Background in auto, electrical, and mechanical repair.

This Remanufacturing Technician position is not an assembly line position but operates in a work cell design in individual workstations to remanufacture products stage by stage.

Essential Tasks

• Disassemble, assemble, clean, requalify, and rework operations on locomotive traction motor combo components.
• Safely use manual and automated equipment.
• Inspect, repair, and test completed locomotive traction motor combo components.
• Cross-train to ensure a continuity of service.
• Perform inspection on completed work.
• Support the manufacturing or remanufacturing of components in the facility.
• Document properly.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 2 PM

2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 1:30 PM - 10 PM

3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 9:30 PM - 6 AM

Pay | $21.48 per hour (with structured pay increases at 6 months {$22.07} and 1 year {$24}) + $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
