We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are reliable and customer service focused. The selected candidates will receive, refill, and mail prescriptions as requested by patients. They will process the sale and run the cash register. They will also assist with inventory management of over-the-counter items and snacks and maintain patient records and insurance information in the pharmacy system.


OneWorld has both full-time and part-time positions located on our Main Campus in South Omaha (30th & L). The schedule will be between the hours of 9am to 6pm, Monday- Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift from 9am to 1pm depending on need.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

- Strong computer skills required.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of low-income populations and their medical needs.

- Minimum of 18 years of age required.
