- Oversees quality standards on all work procedures, processes and equipment
- Trains and monitors personnel on established work procedures and safe usage of equipment
- Identifies production problems and their root causes
- Reports and documents changes to facilitate a safer workplace, improve quality, and make productivity improvements
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Proven ability to use established weld procedures, tools and equipment
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
