It has been proven by many, including myself, that if you put forth the hard work and dedication it pays off as you apply for promotions. I started with thyssenkrupp back in the 1990's as a press operator and have worked my way through every shift and every production position to finally take the reins as the Production Manager. Jerry Card, Production Manager

I started my exciting career on the shop floor and through hard work, dedication, and drive, I have been rewarded with many promotions and unique opportunities. In fact, I have seen stories similar to mine over my 20+ years of working for thyssenkrupp. We have some of the best employees, processes, technology, and culture to grow both personally and professionally.
