Metalcrafts, a Tecta America Co., LLC, Commercial Roofing Contractor, founded in 1968, serves residential, commercial, and government customers. Metalcrafts installs and services roofing systems on single-family homes, condominiums, industrial plants, commercial buildings, churches, schools, facilities for local, state, and federal governments, as well as buildings on military bases. The company also works with and performs maintenance for paper mills, property managers, historic landmarks and properties, retail centers, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities.

Commercial Roofers and Laborers Summary: Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
- Able to work well in a team setting
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
Commercial Roofers and Laborers Requirements:
- 1-3 years of commercial roofing experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States

Requisitos que techadores y trabajadores comercial:
- Disfrutar trabajar en equipo al aire libre con la naturaleza
- Estar comodo trabajando en condiciones climaticas extremas
- Debe poder levantar mas de 50 libras regularmente. Agacharse repetidamente, subir escaleras y arrodillarse, Etc.
- Debe estar comodo con las alturas y estar en un techo
- Realizar trabajos de techado de acuerdo con las especificaciones del trabajo y siguiendo las reglas de seguridad.
- Debe tener al menos 18 aos
- Licencia de conducir valida
- Conocimiento de los sistemas de techo, incluyendo EPDM, TPO,PVC, Y pendiente bajas. El conocimiento de estos sistemas es util pero no obligatorio.
- La experiencia anterior en techado o construccion residencial y/o comercial es una ventaja
Las condiciones de trabajo:
- Entorno fisico: Ambiente de campo con exposicion a alturas, ruido y temperature
- Esfuerzo Fisico: Estar de pie mucho tiempo, caminar, subir escaleras. Levantamiento frecuente ect.
- Viajes: Mayormente local; hasta 1 hora de distancia
