About Us:

Responsibilities:

• Construction Oversight: Manage federal and state-funded projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Client and Contractor Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
• Sub-Consultant Management: Provide oversight and guidance to sub-consultants.
• Contractor Submittal Review: Ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 15 - 20 years of related experience, including 5 - 10 years as a Resident Engineer.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IDOT specifications and documentation requirements.
• Specialized Experience:
  • In-Stream Work Permits: Proficiency in managing projects involving in-stream work permits.
  • Concrete and Steel Structures: Experience with large concrete and steel structures.
  • PE License: Hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Class 1 Railroads and Meta.
