What You'll Do

• Lead and Inspire: You'll guide a talented team of civil engineers and designers, fostering creativity and excellence.
• Project Management: From concept to completion, you'll oversee civil site design projects, ensuring they're executed on time and within budget.
• Client Relationships: Building strong partnerships with our clients is your superpower. You'll understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver exceptional results.
• Innovation: We thrive on pushing boundaries. You'll explore sustainable practices and creative solutions to enhance our projects.
• Collaboration: You'll work closely with private real estate land development and redevelopment clients to create integrated designs that harmonize with the environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of successful, local, and related site/civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development for both small and large projects.
• Licensure: Professional Engineering license in North Carolina.
• Leadership: You're a motivator, a mentor, and a strategic thinker. You'll attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings.
• Communication: Your ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner sets you apart.
