Job Description
Our big brand, Fortune 500 client is growing, and hiring a hybrid Project Coordinator to assist in their heavy workload. Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team that appreciates and supports its collaborative team members.

Here's what the role will need--

Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope and budget. Responsible for overseeing all phases of production from start to finish. Create and maintain video project scopes, timelines, budgets, resources and mitigate risks. Manage and prioritize multiple enterprise level projects simultaneously. Collaborate with internal video production team and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects to clients. Provide logistics, travel, production and post-production support to internal team and external vendors.

Responsibilities
* Manage complex projects, timelines, budgets and resources needed to complete requests.
* Gather and understand stakeholder requirements, project goals and desired strategic outcomes.
* Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, external vendors, and numerous internal stakeholders.
* Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously using project management software.
* Prepare reports and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
* Establish alignment with legal, brand and editorial standards and processes. Ensure all projects meet the proper compliance when applicable.
* Work with cross-functional teams in a creative environment and foster open communication.
* Onboard new vendors setting up invoicing and payment process requirements.
* Provide logistics support and book production team travel.
* Additional project support including generating transcripts and maintaining project documentation and licensing agreements.

Here's what you'll need to qualify--

Required
* 3 years professional experience as a project manager, project coordinator or account executive.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), DAM platforms and online collaborative tools.

Preferred
* 3 years project management experience involving video production
* Previous work experience at an agency or large corporation a plus, however not required.
* Workfront and Microsoft Teams experience strongly preferred.
* Familiarity with video production process, file sharing and software a plus
* Bachelors degree preferred

Can pay in the range of $27-31/hour on W2. Hybrid on and offsite role (2 days onsite/3 days remote) each week.
