Manage the delivery of client assignments on time, quality and profitability
Compile assignment specific primary and secondary research
Produce insightful, relevant analysis
Consolidate market studies and financial projections and draw conclusions
Prepare project development briefs and economic land use reports.
Interested?An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills University Degree with a specialization in Economics / Finance / Business Administration / Real Estate
Minimum 5 years of experience of Real Estate finance / consulting / development
Strong financial modelling and Real Estate finance skills
Experience in Real Estate market analysis
Experience in specific asset class (residential, retail, office, hospitality, industrial) is a plus
Understanding of basics development / master planning / urbanism concepts
Excellent command of English Language (speaking, reading and writing).
