Principal Responsibilities:
Support a purposeful environment to realize standardized and consistent service delivery, information symmetry, enhanced communication, accountability and prioritization alignment, clear roles and responsibilities, alignment across business units, risk mitigation and relationship management.
Develop strong client relationships and synthesize client needs to support a tailored suite of integrated portfolio services.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients to define program specific goals. Develop objectives/desired results and work with the team and other managers to achieve completion.
Develop, manage, and/or implement standardized processes, playbooks, tools, and resources to support client relationships and cross-functional partnerships.
Oversee and provide consistent consolidated schedule, budget, risk and opportunity reporting.
Develop and oversee management routines to manage portfolio performance and performance metrics.
Identify and proactively manage risks and issues that could impact projects across the portfolio; ensure solutions are successfully implemented by removing roadblocks or facilitating reprioritization conversations among relevant stakeholders.
Proactively manage programs in accordance with client standard processes, procedures, and KPIs to ensure superior customer satisfaction and performance levels.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
Leverage the broader JLL platform to deliver portfolio specific insights, best practices, and subject matter expertise.
Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in driving change management plans aimed at setting up new services or profoundly transforming existing ones.
A strong multi-tasker with the ability to oversee and engage with multiple projects, programs, and/or initiatives at the same time.
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast paced environment.
Hands on approach, show attention to detail and ownership.
Demonstrated ability to motivate multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external, to establish effective relationships.
Experience communicating with executive level stakeholders with varying levels of industry experience and vendor expectations.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Smartsheet and possess the ability to analyze data.
Ability to connect strategy to detail and follow-through.

Essential Skills and Experience:
7+ years of real estate, project management or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or industry-based engineering specialization (i.e.: industrial engineering). Advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience working in local market including strong relationships with local vendors and stakeholders (utilities, community outreach, etc.), as well as entitlements, permitting, and construction timelines and costs.
Used to working on highly regulated projects and/or in highly regulated project delivery environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development lifecycle, approval processes, and regulations.
Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
Strong planning, scheduling, multi-tasking and organization skills.
Expert at building relationships and earning trust.
Advanced proficiency in project scheduling and budget management.
Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and Project Management certifications are a plus).
Smartsheet experience preferred.
