As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing engineering services for customers to meet profit, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Working with minimal supervision to a project plan with the capability to adjust that plan as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
  • Delegating work along to the right employees that you would see fit.
  • Being able to choose and make informed technology decisions after due diligence and impact assessments are completed.
  • Understanding the whole product, its services, and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the assigned component or service.
  • Designing interfaces and information exchange between services.
  • Serving as an SME on one or more major services, working closely with support and infrastructure services in troubleshooting customer and operational issues.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with an engineering discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 8 additional years of experience as a professional.
  • Have experience using the Isograph Software range.
  • Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Have experience with OnePM, ASM, and data analysis.
  • Be able to understand operating systems, networks, and the best tools used to diagnose problems to validate solutions.
