General Summary of Position:

We are seeking detail oriented, highly motivated professionals that have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position. Professionals with provisioning experience in the telecommunications industry would be ideal. This individual will be assigning work, coaching reps and managing personnel. One responsible for all Operations of MAC and OM MAC teams. One responsible for all Conversion and LO teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assign work or tasks to team members daily
  • Manage variable workload to ensure all work is completed timely
  • Forecast conditions and implement plan for workload and projects to meet goals
  • Coaching and training to develop supervisors
  • Hold weekly I-ls with every member of team
  • First level of contact for personnel issues
  • Perform general tasks, such as weekly reports and administrative paperwork
  • Achieve departmental and specific team goals as set by the Provisioning Director
  • Stay current on all company policies and procedures, to provide accurate support and guidance to the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter
  • Availability to work overtime as required
  • Great work ethic
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Telecommunications industry experience
  • 1-2 years of management experience
