This specific position will support the implementation of the PATH (Patients' Acute Technology for Hospital Services) Application, an internal Clinical Documentation and Billing System, to over 900 hospitals across the country.
Team Runway is the central change management and deployment team in the Village. We partner with teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives. This position supports the implementation of the various initiatives within the Company.
The Deployment Coordinator will support the overall project deployment. This will require working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, with a high-level technical subject matter expertise and emotional intelligence.
The role of the Deployment Coordinator during deployment will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordination of all logistics for Live and Virtual training sessions and meetings
- Assigning and Scheduling virtual support and/or training during Go Live
- Creation and management of all deployment lead mapping of assignments and schedules
- Monitoring Deployment Dashboards
- Responsible for all completions tracking, reporting, communication to field leaders of individual teammate status within the tools provided
- Weekly deployment progress reporting to Manager(s)
- Partnering with deployment leadership and communication team on communications as they impact the training and deployment of end users
- Coordinates, in partnership with Deployment manager(s), the onboarding and training of all new deployment leads
- Survey administration and compilation of results to be reported out on deployment calls to upper leadership
- Moderating training sessions and kick-off calls
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination
- Partner with internal and external business partners to drive subject matter expertise within all phases of a project lifecycle.
Data & Analytics
- Manage, input, and monitor project deployment information into Deployment Dashboard and assigned tools
- Identify trends and escalate as appropriate
- Communicate with responsible parties to complete Deployment Dashboard data requirements until complete
Written & Oral Communication / Building Relationships
- Build rapport within cross-functional project teams, providing system related support as needed, support presentations in in-person and virtual environments
- Support the creation and execution of collateral as required (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, email communications, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Associates degree
- 1+ years of Healthcare background (in any field) is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in data entry and analysis with strong verbal and written communication skills is required
- Experience coordinating mid to large scale projects or activities is required
- Intermediate M365 navigation skills, with a strong focus on excel is required
- Ability to thrive and drive all activities within a fast paced, ever changing environment is required
TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS
Travel: 10% - 20% travel may be required
Nights/Weekends: occasional, as the deployment requires

Salary/ Wage Range
$22.45-$32.98 / hourCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
