HDR's Construction Control Corporation (CCC) is hiring experienced Construction Program Managers to join our Florida CEI team. These positions will be located at our client site in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program
  • Lead and manage a large staff
  • Develop and review policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates on the trends and successful outcomes, budgeting, and forecasting of the client's Scope of Services and fully executed contract.
  • Review programs for conformance with department standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Construction Science or closely related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction program management on major road and bridge construction projects
  • Experience with construction management software packages and Microsoft Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc
  • Must have strong people skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • PE License is preferred
  • Previous experience on FDOT or FL Turnpike projects is a strong plus
