As a member of DFA's internal communications team, this role will support DFA's human resources team in coordinating and executing employee communications projects and activities in alignment with the department's overarching strategy, while ensuring integration among DFA's brand strategy and maintaining brand standards. Partner with human resources to prepare communications strategies. Develop, edit and deliver consistent messaging and effective communications to internal audiences through a variety of different platforms. Perform duties under the general direction of senior or management staff. Work closely with others on DFA's communications, events, and marketing/public relations teams to ensure content is integrated in DFA's overarching communications strategy and to leverage communication opportunities across audiences.
