The Marketing Resource Planner works with the Project Management Team to review new project requests and oversee projects in process in our marketing project management tool. They will assist with project setup, assess the marketing resources available, assign tasks to team members, and oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are met. The Marketing Resource Planner is also responsible for monitoring active projects and communicating with the assigned team members as well as the requestors to help keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are met. They may also adjust project timelines or reassign projects as needed based on team capacity and other circumstances.
How you will contribute:
Provide an Unmatched Client Experience to our internal clients by listening to understand, being responsive, and consulting with purpose to deliver value
Review marketing project requests and assist with the setup of projects and task workflows in the project management tool Adobe Workfront
Communicate with internal clients to obtain all necessary information prior to project conversion, adjusting timelines as needed
Assign tasks to team members based off workload, time off, and specializations
Responsible for project delivery by agreed-upon deadlines using dashboards to monitor active projects and communicate with assigned team members to keep projects on track and on time
Communicate with requestors when additional information is needed or if due dates need to be adjusted due to capacity, or delays
Perform quality control of projects to uphold the highest standards of UCX and service delivery
Continuously seek to improve the project process and increase efficiency whenever possible
Practice effective communication with various stakeholders within a large matrix organization
Manage time wisely to keep up with project assignments and communications

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in project management
Experience managing projects in a marketing department

3-5 years of experience in project management
