Pay Range: $58,000-$82,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Oversee the IT PMO portal including process documentation, templates, and the improvements backlog.
  • Manage content for the TSI IT portal, communicate announcements, and assist with overall IT administrative oversight.
  • Support PMO project managers in meetings, notetaking, and project coverage as needed.
  • Assist in project reporting and coordination activities over the IT project portfolio.
  • Assist project managers on active projects including, but not limited to, project planning and reporting, test coordination, communication, training planning, and project closure activities.
  • Assist with PMO and IT event planning and communication.
  • Oversee and guide IT contracts through the approval process and expedite where necessary; collaborate with vendors, legal department, and IT leaders. Work to continuously improve IT contracts and invoice processes.
  • Oversee and guide IT invoices through the receipt and approval process; collaborate with vendors, accounts payable, and IT leaders. Follow up on invoice questions or issues.
  • Maintain IT contracts and invoice processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in contracts management and invoice processing; firm understanding of accounts payable processes.
  • Solid understanding of industry standard project management methodologies and terminology.
  • Experience with web content creation.
  • Expert in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Basware, Microsoft Teams, DevOps, SharePoint, Visio, MS Project a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
