As the Lead Engineer, Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for leading the Salesforce development team to design solutions to automate and enhance business processes. You will streamline the CRM data via Account and Contact enrichment using third party integrations including ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. No travel required.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Lead Salesforce development team to design solutions to automate and enhance business processes
• Streamline the CRM data via Account and Contact enrichment using third party integrations including ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Optimize usage of Lead process to convert potential customers into operational Account
• Revisit existing Salesforce structure for Opportunity forecasting
• Develop external application integration for conducting customer surveys
• Improve CRM platform usage by reducing Record Types, Page Layouts, and fields to streamline business processes
• Develop Brokerage LTL Request process using Process Builder, Lightning Flows, Validation Rules, and Apex Classes
• Design Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components for building Helpful Links on the Home Page
• Develop integrations with external tool including Microsoft Power BI, Informatica, Request for Proposal (RFP), Alteryx
• Build Account Creation process utilizing High Radius Credit Union for credit evaluation
• Eligible for telecommuting from home within reasonable commuting distance from Charlotte, NC. Will require physical presence at worksite in Charlotte, NC at least several days a week

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management or closely related
• 4 years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in all of the following:
  • Salesforce (CRM) Technologies: Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura Components, Apex (Classes, Triggers, Dynamic Apex, Batch, Schedulers), Visualforce (Pages, Components & Controllers), SOQL, SOSL, Workflow & Approval Processes, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards, Standard & Custom Objects (Validation Rules, Formulas, Relationships, Record Types, Page Layouts), Security and Sharing (OWD, Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules)
  • Web Tools: Salesforce.com Setup Tools, Developer Console, Force.com Explorer, Data Loader, Force.com Migration Tool
  • Languages: Apex, JavaScript
  • Web Technologies: HTML, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, CSS
