How you can make a difference

We are looking for a passionate and talented Technical Integration Manager II to join our team. You will be responsible for the completion of complex and large-scale file implementations, data integration and mapping with partners and clients to deliver HealthEquity solutions for new and existing client implementations. This role actively engages with clients via phone, email, and video meetings to implement the technical component of solutions in using a project management approach. The Technical Integration Manager II will also be involved in the development of new organizational solutions working in conjunction with our Technical and Product teams.

What you'll be doing

    Independently works as the technical contact on all eligibility and integration discussions with large groups
  • Defines the configuration of data files and integrations to work with HealthEquity products and plans and executes the technical implementation for those integration points
  • Presents the HealthEquity standard file specifications, and reviews client & partner files specifications to ensure they are in accordance with necessary standards, ensuring it fits our product and service offerings
  • Manages the setup of partner data exchanges that are complex in nature
  • Develops and executes test plans, manages scenario testing and cycle validation of the file solutions
  • Responsible for managing large and complex projects, creating and maintaining project scope and plans while adhering to deliverable timelines
  • Collaborates with Implementation Managers and works cross-functionally with other internal teams to provide status updates and complete implementations
  • Serves as a SME and leads technical implementation calls
  • Manages technical implementation documentation and contributes to other documented processes

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3 years of data file or related experience with consumer directed products and industry related experience
  • Advanced usage of Excel and its functions, intermediate programming capability preferred
  • Proven track record of working with data files, analysis and testing of data files
  • Intermediate with SQL and XML
  • Analytical, able to manipulate data and relay it to non-technical individuals in a concise and clear manner
  • Ability to negotiate and influence a client to adopt "best practices"
  • Ability to analyze a situation and provide "outside the box" solutions
  • Possesses attention to detail and is proactive in projects tasks and timelines
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong sense of initiative, drive, and organizational skills to accomplish multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter, ability to work on a team collaboratively as well as independently
  • Thrives under ambiguous instruction
  • Knowledge of HealthEquity products, consumer directed benefits and the financial industry is preferred
  • Identifies, solves and surfaces problems

Salary Range
$70000.00 To $80000 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
