Job Description

Position Summary: The System Administrator will be responsible for implementing, administering, and managing any number of different technologies in addition to leading small to medium projects in area of assignment. These technologies may be on-premises or cloud based. The position will collaborate closely with other members of the engineer team and with other cross-functional teams.

Essential Functions:

  • Main responsibilities involve supporting multi-server systems, server-based applications, and other technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft Teams/Voice administration, Microsoft Exchange, M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell scripting, Citrix/VDI, endpoint management, file storage, and domain/directory services.
  • Show high skill level with Windows Server technologies, server and application monitoring, IT Security, PowerShell scripting, problem-solving and finding the root cause of issues, and has good knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technology.
  • Work within a team environment managing projects and creating detailed technical documentation.
  • Assist the technical teams with escalated support calls and participate in an on-call support rotation for escalated issues.
  • Maintain and complies with bank's policies, procedures, and strategies in providing efficient and effective service to internal and external customers.
  • Make sound policy and operational decisions within designated authority levels and parameters.
  • Contribute to and maintain written policies, programs, procedure manuals, surveys, and training materials for the organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure service levels and contract requirements are maintained.
  • Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training and follow internal processes and controls as required.
  • Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Perform other job- related duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minium of three years of progressive experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that enables the successful performance of the key tasks of the job.
  • Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Valid Nebraska Driver's License.

Working Environment:
Mostly indoor work with occasional exposure to outdoor elements or hazards.
Medium workload - lifting and/or carrying up to 20 pounds frequently and exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally.
Some travel required.
This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines upon completion of onboarding
