As a Campus Recruitment Program Manager, you will help us attract ambitious talent from top universities to empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Responsibilities

Here's why we need you:

We're looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and organized professional who will focus facilitating relationships with academic faculty, staff, and student organizations. You will also provide event management expertise to manage AEI's brand and image on college campuses, guide stakeholders on recruitment processes/programs, and act as the main point of contact (POC) for students and hiring teams. This position is goal driven and has a sales and service mentality with availability to travel nationwide during peak collegiate recruitment seasons.

Qualifications

Desired expertise of our most successful Campus Recruitment Program Manager:

    Create and execute individual campus strategies for assigned schools to include but not limited to: Events, information sessions, student clubs, organizations, etc.
  • Facilitating collaboration between external vendors and the university for campus events, managing logistics such as registration, and ensuring seamless follow-up processes (e.g., utilizing platforms like Handshake) as part of campus activities coordination.
  • Manage full campus process including candidate engagement for pre/during/post events, on campus interviews, and offer process.
  • Help leaders or peers conduct analysis by semester to determine Return on Investment (ROI), new opportunities, and strategic changes required for subsequent semesters.
  • Partner with peers and leaders in same and other departments for special projects as needed.
  • Serve as a POC for assigned schools while working to increase brand and recruitment results.
  • Manage assigned campus ambassadors to execute events and initiatives on campus.
  • Partner and help facilitate presentations to small and large groups of students, faculty, and staff.
  • Partner and help develop subject matter expertise in assigned business lines in order to effectively differentiate AEI from other companies within the market.
  • Assist with tracking all elements of campus efforts to inform and enhance the effectiveness of campus strategy; Including but not limited to, upkeep of reporting on events, retention, candidates, and more.
  • Assisting Campus Recruitment Coordinators with interview scheduling and feedback coordination.
  • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality with candidates throughout the hiring process and afterwards.
  • Communicating effectively with all individuals in the hiring process as instructed by the Team Lead and at times supporting the Campus Recruitment Coordinators.
  • Following the end-to-end recruitment process for hiring across assigned AEI departments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Under the direction of the Team Lead, partner with recruiting leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals, and to execute a custom hiring strategy.
  • Deliver results as measured by campus KPIs, including but not limited to data integrity, candidate quality, diversity, process adherence, and candidate/business satisfaction.

Effective skills to help you flourish:

  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • ICIM's or Recruiter Flow experience is a huge plus.
