Position Description
Plant Engineer
Streck is creating a new plant position at their manufacturing facility in Omaha. This leadership position will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to prioritize and deliver results for the plant. This position must create a customer service and partnering atmosphere while addressing emerging needs including renovations, operations, physical plant maintenance, and grounds upkeep; managing resources; and growing facility to meet improvement needs.

- bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent
- 5 – 10 years of experience managing within a manufacturing facility setting
- strong background in a campus environment
- successful track record in a technical role is required.
- proven competencies in strategic planning and communication
- ability to deliver results
- ability to collaborate
- skills in adaptability, flexibility and problem solving
